クラウドゲームの恐ろしいところだね…これは。以下はアプリ内の表記。

私の場合は無課金だから別にどうってことないけど、課金していた人は複雑な気持ちなんじゃないかな…。せっかく時間とお金をかけて育てたのに…ね。

こういうリスクがることを踏まえて遊ばないといけないのだね、クラウドゲームは。

平素よりLINE パンチヒーローをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

この度、LINE パンチヒーローを終了させて頂くこととなりました。今までご愛顧頂きましたお客さまには深く御礼申し上げます。
つきましては、2014年9月29日(月)15:00をもちまして、新規ダウンロード及び有料ポイント販売を停止させて頂きます。
お持ちのスマートフォンに既にアプリをインストールされている場合はサービス終了まで、引き続きゲームプレイやポイントの利用が可能です。

なお、今後のスケジュールにつきましては、下記内容をご確認頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

・日本時間2014年9月29日(月) 15:00をもって、「App Store」および「Google Play」におけるアプリのダウンロード及び各タイトル内での有料ポイント購入を停止いたします。
新規ダウンロード停止後、お手持ちのスマートフォンでアプリのアンインストールを行うと、それ以降はアプリのダウンロード・インストールができませんので、ご注意ください。
・アプリ内アイテムは、サービス終了日時までご利用いただけます。

・サービス終了後は、アプリへのログインができなくなりますので、残有料ポイントの払戻しをご希望されるお客さまは、念のため、
事前に有料ポイント残高を控えておくことをおすすめいたします。（残有料ポイントは、「払戻し申請フォーム」からもご確認いただけます。）

・弊社にて所定の手続きが終了いたしましたら、ご指定いただいた銀行口座へ日本円で振込む方法にて、残有料ポイント相当額を払戻しいたします。

最後になりますがご愛顧いただきました皆さまに、厚く御礼申し上げますとともに、サービス終了へのご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

We have decided to end our LINE Punch Hero service. We would like to thank everyone who has played this game during its long run. New downloads and sales of paid points will no longer be available beginning from 3 pm on Monday, September 29, 2014 (GMT +9). Users who have already installed the game on their devices will continue to be able to play the game and use points until the service has ended.

About Paid Points:

We will refund the balance of paid points that have already been purchased when the service ends.

How to Request a Refund
Please make requests using the Refund Request Form.

We will announce the URL for the form on the LINE GAME Official Blog on Friday, November 28, 2014 (GMT+9).

For Users Who Log in as Guests

We cannot offer refunds to users who log in as guests because we identify specific players using guest mode.

If you wish to receive a refund, please register as a user on the messenger app LINE and then log in using the LINE Login option on the relevant game title by 3 pm on Friday, November 28, 2014 (GMT +9). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

・App downloads from the App Store and Google Play as well as purchases of paid points in each title will no longer be available starting from 3 pm on September 29, 2014(GMT +9).
Please be aware that if you uninstall the app on your device after the above date, you will no longer be able to download or install it again.

・In-app items can still be used until service for the game ends.

・As you will no longer be able to log in to the game once service has ended, we recommend users who wish to request remaining paid point balance refunds to take note of their remaining paid point balances in advance(Rremaining paid point balances can be checked using the Refund Request Form.).
・Once the relevant procedures are finished on our side, we will refund the monetary amount of your remaining paid point balance in JPY to your designated bank account.

Although LINE Punch Hero is coming to an end, we would like to thank you very much for playing the game and for your understanding on this occasion.
